Wang's Mental Math Theory

Is Mental Math easy to learn?
Through many demonstrations, we have shown that children using Mental Math solve problems faster than by using conventional methods. But is Mental Math easy to learn? For example, how long would it take for a child to learn how to answer a problem such as 222 + 333 - 444 + 111 (a problem contained in Level 1)? Would it take 10 hours, 30 hours? Our experience shows that if a child spends just 30 minutes per lesson, within five lessons, he or she will be able to answer this problem right after you finish reading it.
